Answers about TandTap cards: no app to install, NFC and QR, working without data, addresses, figures, loyalty stamps, plans and how payments work.
No. Tapping or scanning opens the page in your normal phone browser.
Scan the QR code printed on the same card with your camera. It opens exactly the same page.
Where there is a TandTap router, scan its Wi-Fi QR code first, then tap or scan the card. The page loads from the router, even with no internet.
No. Opening a page, downloading its files and getting in touch are free for visitors.
Not through TandTap. Pages can show prices, offers and promo codes, and visitors pay the owner the way they normally would. TandTap never holds or moves a visitor’s money.
Create an account on the Sign up page, make your page and ask for a review. Every new page is checked by the TandTap team before it goes live, and we will help you get your cards.
Text, contact details, audio, documents, pictures, video, links, schedules, a catalogue, offers and a loyalty card. Every kind of page starts with the sections that suit it, and you can add or remove any of them.
Yes. The card carries your page’s address, not its content, so everything you change shows on the same card straight away.
New pages are reviewed by our team before they go live. Once you send a page for review we will check it and switch it on.
Yes. Invite owners, editors and viewers. Owners run the team and billing, editors change pages, and viewers only see the figures.
Every page lives at yourname.tandtap.com. You can add ?ch=nfc or ?ch=qr to see which card people used. Staff set the name, so tell us what you would like.
Yes. Your name (handle) is your first profile. You can add more profiles under it, each with its own address like school.tandtap.com/p/grade-4. A school can give every class or student a profile this way.
No. The address on a card never changes and keeps opening your page, so you can change everything on it without reprinting.
How many people opened it, what they used (downloads, plays, calls, links), how they arrived (NFC, QR or a shared link), who referred them and how many were offline. You can export it as a spreadsheet on paid plans.
A visitor’s phone shows a short code. Your staff type it into the Till on their phone to confirm a stamp, and when the card is full they give the reward. It is a promise you keep: no money is involved.
You can start free. Paid plans add more pages, routers, storage, a longer figures history and spreadsheet export. The billing page in your dashboard shows what each plan holds and what it costs.
By card (Stripe), or by mobile money and local cards (Paynow). Card plans renew by themselves; mobile money is paid in whole months.
Your live pages and printed cards keep working. A plan only limits how much you can add, never whether a page answers.
